Beneficiaries and other stake holders will be asked at certain stages of project to confirm and define what should desired impact for each project to them i.e. lasting and significant impact on beneficiaries especially lives of children, youth and women, what achievements have been brought about and what activities should be done in relation to achieving desired objectives. This will establish a set of impact indicators.
